Welcome to Varunayoga

Each of us has the capacity to find our own solutions to the challenges we face in daily life. You can be the teacher or healer you may be searching for.  My role is to be a facilitator of awareness. My intention is to create a safe space where you can become aware of, connect with, and listen to an inner knowing that resides within all of us.

As a certified yoga therapist and teacher, I will create a safe and gentle space for you to experience yourself on a deeper level with guided yoga postures, breathing practices, and space for reflection. A closing meditation allows you to integrate awareness you gain during your sessions into your daily life.

I am currently offering individual yoga sessions for teens and adults. Group classes and workshops begin this fall.
