Yoga Therapy
Individual 75 minute sessions Thursday – Saturday
Through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Judy creates a safe space for you to explore the connection between your body and life. These one-on-one sessions combine supported postures, embodied awareness, and dialogue to help you release tension, gain clarity, and invite meaningful change.
Yoga Classes
Sunday mornings, 8:30 – 9:45 am in Natick Center
Join Judy’s signature Call of Love class — a unique practice that blends yoga, energy work, and inspired messages channeled in the moment. This heart-opening experience is designed to attune you to the frequency of love, connect you to divine wisdom, and leave you feeling deeply nourished.
Yoga Workshops
Wednesdays in August, 7- 9 pm in Natick Center
Experience accessible, soul-nurturing yoga that honors where you are. Judy’s classes blend gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindful presence to cultivate inner peace and vitality.
