“I had a stroke a little over 2 years ago and have been seeing an acupuncturist who recommended yoga therapy and Judy Thapa specifically to help me on my healing journey. I thank Jesus Christ every day for sending me to wonderful people. Judy is one of those wonderful people. I have been going to yoga therapy with Judy once a week since April 2024.”
“I have left sided weakness from the stroke and Judy is very creative and gentle in working within my limitations. Meditation is an integral part of the yoga therapy and Judy with her calm beautiful voice and manner does an excellent job guiding the meditation. Remember mind body spirit healing is a journey and I highly recommend Judy as your guide on your healing journey. I love my sessions and always look forward to the next one.”

“Judy has an amazing spirit and great techniques. Her mastery and time studying abroad shines through every class. Not only does she make accommodations for all levels of yoga practitioners including people with disabilities, but she also has multiple versions of poses for those who want to try! The best part is she serenades with a beautifully channeled song at the end of each class that really calls our hearts. Judy is a uniquely talented person who is worth meeting, and that’s no stretch! Check it out!”

“I started Judy’s yoga classes with little experience and skill in yoga. I found the classes easy to follow and was encouraged to change the positions to better suit my current abilities and/or limitations. It was an open and rewarding environment for learning with a great group of people. At the end of class, I am uplifted by the channelled songs of love.”
