Discover the power of yoga therapy
A Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) session is a one-on-one, guided experience that integrates supported yoga postures, breath awareness, and non-directive dialogue to help clients access insights from their body and inner experience. It’s not about fixing or diagnosing, but about deep listening, embodiment, and personal transformation.

What Happens in a Session
Most clients report outcomes like profound relaxation, greater emotional balance, clarity, self‑empowerment, reduced pain, and stronger mind‑body connection .
What Happens in a Typical PRYT Session
Length: Usually 60 to 90 minutes
- Centering: guided gentle movement, breath & intention setting
You’re invited to state or discover an intention—what you’re showing up with emotionally, physically, or spiritually. - Assisted Postures & Movement
You don’t “perform” yoga—I support your body with props and an optional healing touch so you can relax deeply and become aware of what you’re sensing. - Non-directive Dialogue
Gentle, open‑ended dialogue to explore arising thoughts, emotions, sensations, or memories without analysis or judgment. - Integration & Reflection
Space to reflect on how these insights connect to life off the mat.
Clients often leave with greater clarity, emotional release, or actionable insights.
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a uniquely integrative, body‑mind approach to healing. By combining guided postural awareness and non-directive dialogue, it empowers clients to uncover and transform deep‑seated patterns—fostering lasting growth and well‑being.
If you’re curious to dive deeper into your body’s wisdom, or exploring a somatic route for trauma recovery or personal transformation, yoga therapy offers a compassionate, supportive path to begin.
